3. Reservations and Payments
Reservations must be made through our website or authorized channels.
A 10% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the tour, when you are picked up at the agreed point, or you may choose to make the full payment at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of cancellations due to force majeure, we will evaluate each case individually.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate information at the time of booking.
Arrive punctually at the specified meeting point for each activity.
Follow the instructions of the guides and respect safety rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
Roatan Summer Tours will not be responsible for:
Damage, loss, or injury suffered during the tours due to circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations or modifications of tours due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Roatan Summer Tours and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
8. Modifications to the Terms
